Who we are. Revyy Technologies, Inc. ("REVYY"), a Delaware corporation based in Winter Garden, Florida, USA. Contact: admin@revyy.com.

What we collect. When you submit the early-access form, we collect your email address (required) and your name (optional). Nothing else. We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or non-essential cookies on this site.

IP addresses. REVYY does not store IP addresses as part of your early-access request or use them for behavioral tracking. Our service providers may process technical metadata (such as network information) in their own operational logs.

Why we collect it. Solely to process your early-access request and to communicate with you about REVYY early access, including a confirmation message.

How we store it. Securely in our database (Supabase), with restricted, server-side access.

Service providers. We rely on: Supabase — hosting, database, and server functions; and Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — transactional email delivery for your confirmation. To send the confirmation, your email address is processed by Resend, which receives and processes the recipient address, sender information, message metadata, and message content. We do not send your name to the email provider. Our providers may process data in the United States and other locations under their own terms.

No sale, no ads. We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers. No behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it. We keep your early-access request while it is active. We delete it when you request deletion or withdrawal, when your request is converted into a normal account and the waitlist record is no longer needed, or when the early-access program closes — within 30 days of the applicable trigger, except where longer retention is strictly required by law or security and documented.

Consent scope. Requesting early access does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list. We will communicate only about your early-access request.

Your choices. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or withdraw from the list, at any time by emailing admin@revyy.com.

Children. REVYY is not directed to children under 13.

Changes. We may update this policy; the effective date above will change.
